Schedule in some thinking time every week. You can start off small, maybe 15 minutes a week but the important thing is to be consistent. During this thinking time you can assess your life’s direction, your goals and systems or how to solve any problems you have. It could be anything. But giving yourself this space just to sit and think can give you clarity.

And as executives this habit can be valuable as you need clarity of thought and action to be able to thrive.
